The Chevy Chase Land Company owns and manages approximately 1.1 million square feet of commercial office space in the Washington, DC metro area and in Richmond, Virginia. Our office properties are known for their ideally suited locations, convenient to metro and to shopping and dining amenities for our tenants and their employees.
